Refund eligibility: - Full refund if project material has not been dispatched within 5 business days of payment. - Partial refund possible up to 24 hours after payment if material has not been dispatched. - No refund once material has been dispatched. - All refunds are processed to the same UPI ID used for payment within 5-7 business days.
